RISE is officially here by Beyoncé and from the reviews I have been reading you can find this fragrance at Kohls. Hopefully tonight I can head over there to get a whiff of this sensual yet empowering fragrance, I have also seen that this scent is along the lines of her other parfum PULSE and if that's true then I'll love this even more!
