Beauty Buzz - Are You Sexy, Sporty or Glam?, Michael Kors To Launch Beauty Line Exclusively At Macys!

Fall time is approaching and so are tons of beauty collections as well. One thing that I can say about Michael Kors is that he has the most GLAMOROUS ads ever! Now  the "Michael Kors" fashion brand has risen dramatically, from his classic watches on just about every fashion blogger and his infamous handbags that you probably see around town almost everyday he's now ready to take on a new game in the industry which happens to be beauty. "The wealthiest women in the world wear flip flops and a working girl might save up and buy the most outrageous bag she has ever owned" said Kors "The Collection has 3 distinct  lines, "She's Sexy", "She's Sporty" and "She's Glam". I wanted to do the essentials - the things that you absolutely have to have and represent the mood," Kors told WWD. He also stated "Sexy, sporty, and glam... has always been the DNA of Michael Kors, and in  strange way, the Michael Kors woman really is all three of those things." "Were taking that same attitude here, with beauty in general". The line will consist of three new fragrances ($50 each) along with  lip lacquers ($24), two lip luster glosses ($24), two nail polishes ($18), and bronze powders ($50). The colors will be a reflection of the specific collection.  Sexy will have a blue-red lip lacquer while Sporty will focus on nude-taupes. I am super excited about the Body Range of the line which will include Shimmer dry oil ($60), shimmer beath beads ($45), and a body cream ($60) along with a Liquid Self Tanner ($32), After Sun Gelee ($32) and then The After Sun Lip Balm ($28). The Sexy, Sport, Glam Collection will be sold at Michael Kors of course and exclusivley at Macys for next year and Industry Sources are reporting that this beauty line will bring in $80 Million for the first year of sales! Not bad for a first time beauty line and what I love is that these shades appeal to everyone. I will definitely be purchasing from this collection! XO Andrea
