Beyoncé looks just as amazing as she did here in these photos 5 years ago at the Billboard's "Woman of the Year Award" at Billboard's 4th Annual Women In Music Event in NYC (2009). Her makeup artist at the time Jackie Gomez used all NARS products, from the eyes face and lips and below I will list each item for you. Now if you love Beyoncé like I do, you'd know she normally doesn't wear makeup a lot.
